The wood plastic profile shall be installed with proper clearance and directly installed on the joist. Do not fix the wood plastic profile directly on any solid surface, such as concrete, roof slab or roof, etc.


(1) When the plastic wood is used for the railing, it must be lined with steel pipe or square steel, and the same floor shall be firm. The railing spacing shall be lined with columns every 450mm to prevent deformation and falling.


(2) When plastic wood is used in pavilions or flower racks, the coefficient of thermal expansion shall be considered, and the columns and beams shall be lined with square pipes, and the vertical connection shall be firm.


(3) Plastic wood has certain plastic characteristics. Therefore, when the length is greater than 3m, the material has certain bending, which is easy to be corrected to normal during installation. If the plastic wood section is a profile, its bending deformation is relatively increased. The installation can be basically corrected in place.


(4) When the profile is installed vertically and the length is greater than 3m, each end shall be fixed with 4 clamp screws. And the vertical screw spacing is more than 40cm, so that the four screws at each end are stressed evenly.
